Our reception booster works by improving signal-to-noise ratio, and by carrying signals from transmitter to receiver thru the most common barriers to wireless device signals.
Metal, wood, background interference, and line-of-site barriers cause signal attenuation; the booster provides a path for the signal and allows the "good" signal to overcome the "bad" background clutter.
Simply place one end of the booster aimed towards the tower, or near the router, and run the cable to the area where you want to improve reception. Attach the other end of the booster to the cable and enjoy improved reception.
NOTE: Since the booster helps stop dropped calls by "boosting" a cellphone's transmision to the tower (the weakest "link"), you may not always see a change in the tower signal as indicated on the phone's meter.
