You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader to view, fill in the blanks, and print the PDF-format forms. The forms must be printed out and can not be saved with any filled‑in information, unless you purchase the full Adobe Acrobat program from Adobe.com. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, click here to install.To Fill in the Forms in the Acrobat Reader Program:
1. Once you have opened the appropriate form in the Acrobat Reader program, filling in the form is a simple process. A 'hand tool' icon will be your cursor in the Acrobat Reader program. Move the 'hand tool' cursor to the first blank space that will need to be completed on the form. A vertical line or "I‑beam" should appear at the beginning of the first space on a form that you will need to fill in. You may then begin to type the necessary information in the space provided. When you have filled in the first blank space, hit the TAB key on your keyboard. This will move the 'hand' cursor to the next space which must be filled in. Please note that some of the spaces in the forms must be completed by hand, specifically the signature blanks and the notary acknowledgment section. Also, please note that some of the blanks are automatically filled with duplicate information which is needed in more than one place on a form (such as the name of the person to whom the form applies).
2. Move through the form, completing each required space, and hitting TAB to move to the next space to be filled in. For information on the information required for each blank on the forms, please read the instructions in the book which accompanied this software. When you have completed all of the fill‑ins, you may print out the form on your computer's printer. (Please note: hitting TAB after the last fill‑in will return you to the first page of the form.)
3. IMPORTANT NOTE: Unfortunately, the Adobe Acrobat Reader program does NOT allow you to save the filled‑in form to your computer's hard drive. You can only save the form in a printed version. For this reason, you should wait to complete the forms until you have all of the information necessary to complete the chosen form in one session. You may, of course, leave the Acrobat program open on your computer and leave a partially‑completed form open in the program. However, if you close the file or if you close the Acrobat Reader program, the filled‑in information will be lost. If you desire to have the capability to save your completed PDF forms, you will need to purchase the full Adobe Acrobat program from Adobe.com
